The hydraulics on my Grand Cherokee's suspension went out in 2022. Another dealer in Chamblee that is closer to my house could not fit me in for several months. There is a lot of value in answering the phone, not getting trapped in the phone runaround, and having informed staff to help solve my issue which brings you business. I've purchased or leased 4 Grand Cherokees and 1 Cherokee since 2013 and Palmer is at the top of my list for my next vehicle, but has now become my first choice for service. More
