Brought my car in for a service oil change and to get an issue fixed on my car. The oil change was taken care of but the main reason I brought my car in was to get this issue repaired. They did not repair n issue fixed on my car. The oil change was taken care of but the main reason I brought my car in was to get this issue repaired. They did not repair nor contacted me to schedule a day to repair like I was told. I also called the service department to try and schedule when I could bring my car In to fix this issue but like last time no one reached out to me after I left a message to be contacted. This issue is a warranty fix and I feel as if I’m being ignored. I’ve never had a problem at Palmer Dodge but that’s because when I’m there I’m spending money but if this matter can’t be resolved I will take my business else where. More

I was beyond satisfied! The dealer I had used in the past told me the first spot they had for me was August 5, and my check engine light had come on. I was told I could leave it and they could try to get to it in 2-3 days. I contacted Palmer and received an apt the next morning, and had my vehicle back the same day! Luis was so easy to deal with and explained the process thoroughly. I will definitely be changing my preferred dealer to Palmer!! More
