I was in the area because of a medical appointment and stopped by the dealership because I had damaged the splash guard on my Challenger pulling into a friend's unfinished driveway. I showed up without an appt but Kimberly and some of her guys took the time to look at it anyway. They gave me their honest appraisal and assured me that if came back first thing the next morning they would get me patched up. So that is what I did. I was very happy with the quality of work and the peace of mind that I left with in terms of no rattling and no low quality parts. I got a chance to check out some of the inventory as well, a lot of nice Hellcats! More than anything I want to thank Kimberly Keyes for hearing me out without the appt, and getting me out of there. Easiest car buying experience ever! Mike was super knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We were in out of the dealership in less than 1 hour.
