My tires were filled to 40 psi, spec on the vehicle is 33. And they unplugged the device in my dash and didnt plug it back in. Super irritating when I ONLY asked for an oil change. And they tried to charge me $180 for a rear differiental service, do they think I'm an idiot? No fitler, one quart of 75w80 is $7.50 on Amazon. $180? Wow, what a rip off. Really, really makes me not want to ever go back, and I am considering buying a brand new Ram 2500 Diesel truck. Your loss. More

Poor customer service. Rude and short with customers like we don’t understand our own cars. No one ever picks up the phone. High turnover rate with service reps.
