I had a follow up appointment after Recall service 3 months ago. Since I live out of town, I needed to drop off the vehicle on a Sunday and pick it up on the following Saturday. Drop off was a little months ago. Since I live out of town, I needed to drop off the vehicle on a Sunday and pick it up on the following Saturday. Drop off was a little concerning, because it was off-property and with very little space to park (on side road in front of gate). On the other hand, the service was thorough and alleviated any concerns on the original recall. Service tech, Kim, kept me updated throughout the service process and Sarah handled the pick-up. I was pleased with the service I received and the timely fashion that it was completed. My only complaint would be I called the day before to schedule the appointment. If you’re going to have people take your information they could at least enter it in the computer system. The guy was able to fit me in, so I was pleased with the actual service but not the woman who supposedly did the scheduling. More
