Luis hpwd me restore bluetooth in about 7 minutes and I had been trying for 2 weeks!! He is a genius and very very pleasant. When I walked in he immediately walked up to me despite there being a line and t had been trying for 2 weeks!! He is a genius and very very pleasant. When I walked in he immediately walked up to me despite there being a line and took me straight outside to my car! ! I am 80 years old and handicapped with a cane and I cant tell you how much not having to struggle around to get things done means to me! I was there at 7:40 for an oil change - that was it. I was first in line after the cars already in the garage service bays. It took 1 hour 45 minutes. I left and realized the in cabin filter that was to be replaced was laying on the passenger floor. I returned. The new cabin filter had not been put in. All total - 2.5 hours for a simple oil change.
