Staff was professional and attentive. I stated my tires needed air; however, when I was ready to leave, I noticed this was not done. When I notified Andrew, he immediately rectified the problem. The car's passenger side was not vacuumed; the driver's side was. Although minor, this above-mentioned "attention to detail" had me wondering were the tires rotated, as discussed? Both Andrew and Randy helped connect my phone to the radio (Yes!). Also received recommended maintenance schedule which was very much appreciated. I am very aware of the increase in customer service and applaud your dealership. Thank you. More
