Korey did a great job as my sales rep. I'm a sales executive and have been in sales for almost 24 years as a sales professional. Nice job of being consultative and helpful with just the right amount of follow up. The sales manager, however, was extremely unimpressive and made me almost not want to return the dealership. I believe his name was Austin. I would not know this by way of introduction, because he failed to introduce himself and shake my hand when Korey brought him out to help with the sale. Austin was nonchalant regarding my questions and made me feel like I was a waste of his time. Korey got my business despite his manager, not because of him. Even when I was in the dealership today picking up the vehicle, he clearly saw me standing there waiting on the finance manager and did not thank me for my business after spending $50K at Palmer. No excuse for this and it's a poor optic for your dealership. More
