The person that checked me it was not helpful. She gave me incorrect information when I asked a question. I had an appointment and it took over two hours to change my oil, rotate the tires, and ch She gave me incorrect information when I asked a question. I had an appointment and it took over two hours to change my oil, rotate the tires, and change an air filter. I finally walked back to ask was my car about ready. She was not very polite with her answer. She was busy on the computer. A very polite and helpful young man checked me out. He answered my question about a 60,000 mile check up with very different information from what I was told by the person who checked me in. More
