Customer service reps at the dealership are great, unfortunately I’ve had bad experiences with recall service on my wrangler. Dropped off my jeep for a manufacturer recall and picked it up to find the unfortunately I’ve had bad experiences with recall service on my wrangler. Dropped off my jeep for a manufacturer recall and picked it up to find the techs had screwed something else up. Had to drop it off again and wait another two days so that could be repaired as well. Just picked up my Ram 1500 Laramie from Palmer Dodge and the whole thing was about as easy as buying a truck gets. No games on the price, no surprise fees popping up when we got to the finance office — the number we talked about up front was the number I signed. I run a business and my time is worth something, so the fact that they had everything ready to go when I got there meant a lot. They walked me through all the tech before I drove off instead of just handing me the keys and waving. Truck's been great and the experience matched it.
