If anything I feel the sales rep's have become better informed about the cars and the new electronics. This helps their customers themselves become better informed. Refereed this matter to GMC customer service and finally they helped me to get things done and the dealer do not want to compensate for hardship i had to go through since my vehicle was not registered.GMC customer service says since dealer are individually own and operated so they cant tell them.We go with Brand name not dealer i informed GMC. Will very soon take legal action against the dealer and GMC More

If I was his MGR I would can him today. I know what they did on my car is an hour job. When I asked to reduce from 2.5 hours down to 2 as I was not happy, they refused.
