Andrew is my service advisor and he does a great job. I had to work with Destiny on my Saturday service and wasn’t thrilled about working with her. I dropped my truck off with Andrew and we went over the services I needed to get, he understood I would be back the following month to get the brake fluid flushed. No pressure with Andrew. Destiny tried upselling services that I already went over with Andrew and selling services that was completed before I left Texas a couple months ago. Not sure if the mechanic really looked at things but just tried to upsell un needed services. After telling Destiny I didn’t need these services and the others I had discussed with Andrew about getting them done the following month she said my truck would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived almost a hour later just for her to tell me she is busy with 4 other ticket before me and I would have to wait in the waiting room. She never came and got me so I went to inquire if she was done. Really wasn’t happy with this service experience. Tires were rotated but the pressures were not check as they were off between 5-10psi. I hope my next experience will be better. I gave a decent review because Andrew is very helpful and not pushy. More
I was very pleased with this dealership. My agent was also very good. The only issue was during closing where having to constantly say no to all the extras that I didn't need/want took up most of the time there. In the end, an agreement was reached that suited both of us. More
A number of these items listed are minor but add up to the entirely poor experience at the dealership. Oil reset light not changed. Specifically mentioned in write up that it was changed. No Sticker in the entirely poor experience at the dealership. Oil reset light not changed. Specifically mentioned in write up that it was changed. No Sticker in windshield for mileage & date. No adjustment of tire pressure when the tires were rotated. No carwash or interior cleaning of th truck. Left side board is not working. Right side is working and both were working when I pulled in More
This dealership is top notch. I was in and out and they gave me a great deal on a brand new GMC Terrain. These are good people who value their customers. I was in and out and they gave me a great deal on a brand new GMC Terrain. These are good people who value their customers. More
Back in March 22 of this year, my 2018 chevy cruz Engine light came on. I took it in and the service dept replaced a NOX sensor under the car’s extended warranty. - Starting mid June, I had 3 failed at light came on. I took it in and the service dept replaced a NOX sensor under the car’s extended warranty. - Starting mid June, I had 3 failed attempts to get my car’s emission tested. I needed it in order to renew my car registration, which expired on June 30 2024. The garage couldn’t get the emission reading. I drove the car over 200 miles. Still failed. - On my way to the 4th emission test attempt, the engine light came on again, this time, the warranty for the car has expired. I took the car back in on June 26, 2024. - July 9 the service manager, Amanda N, informed me that I needed to pay additional of $400 for diagnostic fees. I consented and gave a go ahead. - waited for days, no response, no update. Called the dealership every other day and was told the service manager, Amanda was out. Left msg with other service manager multiple times, no call back. - July 19 ubered to the service department to inquire the repair status and was told Amanda is out sick still and another service manager told me the 2nd nox sensor had gone bad. Estimated repair $1309. Signed and consented to repair. - July 24, got another estimate from Amanda asking for $3400 because the mechanic damaged the exhaust pipe when attempted to replace the sensor. Amanda was sympathetic but couldn’t do anything for me. I refused to pay. Amanda referred me to the service supervisor Larry. Left msg with him - July 25, I called the general manager Bob B and left him msg. He never called back. Left another msg for another service supervisor. No call back. - July 26, Larry finally returned my msg. He indicated that he would contact GM regarding the repair cost of the damaged exhaust pipe. - July 30, Larry called back and informed me GM will pick up the tabs for the exhaust pipe. Got an updated repair estimate - waited for a week, again no repair status. Called and left msg. Amanda called back and informed me the wrong part was ordered. The service needed to reorder the parts again. More waiting - August 8, finally was told the car was ready to pick up - August 9, picked up the vehicle. The car was in the shop since 6/26 and during this time, I had no access to my car. No transparency on repair progress. Went through a series of depression, anxiety and anger. The nox sensir system should have been covered by the warranty. But I had no choice but to pay. The car still needs to get an emission pass. Finally, i was told that the new nox sensors need to go though a drive cycle of 160 or so miles to calibrate. I am a first time FM car owner but this will be my last. The whole repair experience has scared me for life. More
The used car sales manager, Jasonte Hicks, attempted to scam us. On our way home from the dealership, we noticed the sunroof had a crack running its full length. When I brought this issue to Jasonte's attention, he claimed no prior knowledge of the damage and promised to have it repaired. He immediately ordered the $4,000 replacement part without even requesting photographic evidence of the damage, which is highly suspect. They repaired the sunroof and when the vehicle was returned to me, I immediately noticed several new, visible dents in the area immediately surrounding the sunroof. These dents were not present when I dropped off the car and are clearly localized to the area where work was performed. When I raised this new issue with Jasonte, he dismissed my concerns and insisted that we had caused the damage ourselves. This accusation is not only false but also illogical, given that we had possession of the car for less than a week and the damage is exclusively in the area where the technicians worked. If you do end up buying a car here, especially a used one, proceed with extreme caution. The sales manager will cheat you if given the opportunity. More
I brought my used vehicle March 3, 2024. After two weeks of driving it my service light came on. I was unable to get an appointment until 4/1/2024. I was not provided a loaner vehicle until After two weeks of driving it my service light came on. I was unable to get an appointment until 4/1/2024. I was not provided a loaner vehicle until they realized they made an error on my claim after two weeks of my vehicle being with them. My vehicle was and is still just sitting on their lot with no work being done on it. Since then my service rep had been fired for mishandling claims. My new service rep, Destiny has not contacted me not once. I do not receive any updates and have not talked to anyone in a month. The only communication I am getting is from GMC only because I had to contact them to get them involved because the service department lacks the capability of communicating with customers and repairing my vehicle. I am paying on a vehicle that I do not have and only drove in for a month. The tags on my loaner are expiring and no one is calling me back or helping when I call. When I ask for the supervisor he is unavailable. In addition every time that I am put on hold the call drops and they do not call back. This is the worst car buying experience ever. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION OR USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. July 1st will make THREE MONTHS that they had my car. I am convinced they do not check their vehicles before putting them up for sale and that is why i am in the situation I'm in now. These people do not care if they did you wrong and only care about you spending their money with them. More
