I honestly read his demeanor completely wrong his attention to details were right on point I must say I was completely satisfied with the level of service I recieved from ourisman chevrolet alexandria it was definitely the ourismans way that I was use to receiving from ourisman service dept I'm so glad that I made the choice I did by giving them my bussines again they truly exceeded the level of excellent service that was expected !!! As a long time patron of this dealership I was highly and truly impressed with the level of service I received, not to mention the quality of work and the follow up I recieved after the work was completed I must say that ourisman service department has regained my trust and confidence knowing that my car is in great hands when left in their care , thanks to the whole ourisman team and much gratitude to Keith and the service dept for a job well done !!!! As stated before you definitely have a loyal customer, and it's great knowing that I have a honest loyal dealership that I can rely on for all my needs . I was looking for a specific vehicle called several dealers and was contacted by several dealers trying to sell me a different car however; when Chevrolet in Alexandria contacted me they had the exact dealers and was contacted by several dealers trying to sell me a different car however; when Chevrolet in Alexandria contacted me they had the exact car I want it in the color. The service was great. I explained that I was not gonna be there more than 2 1/2 hours and they made that happen. They delivered the Chevy trailblazer on time and my uncle was very surprised and happy. Afterwards I sent him back to the dealer and they took time with him and explain and answer all his questions on the vehicle to help him navigate better the new car Thank you Randy for your great service and attentiveness to my needs More
First I made an appt for Saturday the sales person said my car may not be looked today! And the they do not fix driveable issues on weekends which i was not told booking appointment. When i go pick up my car no cashier was an The registered i came right when they opened, even the manager wasnt there to assist! My sales person was so kind to help me out being that I told him I had to go to work he ended ip being very helpful that morning. Overall i feel customer service can be a lot better especially if you are planning to spend alot of money there More
My service person Paige was able to help me with my appointment right away. She located my scheduled appointment and found my records without difficulty or delay. She was very pleasant and competent. I purchased a 2021 Equinox on 7/29/21. My sales person was Sam. He was excellent. The financial person Habib was really disappointing I found better financing with my credit union the next day and went was Sam. He was excellent. The financial person Habib was really disappointing I found better financing with my credit union the next day and went back to change the paperwork he was very rude and short. Didn’t address me by my name keep referring to me as Ms and Ma’am. Like really I just purchased a vehicle from you. Hope I never have to deal with him again. More
Ourisman sold us a used car and one day after driving it off the lot, the front strut started making noises, the display screen started shorting out, a piece on the exterior popped out of place, the steerin off the lot, the front strut started making noises, the display screen started shorting out, a piece on the exterior popped out of place, the steering wheel became hard to turn, and the car began accelerating slowly. In the four weeks that followed, we made five trips out to the dealership and had a total of one of these issues resolved. 1. We showed up for appointments they made for us, only to be told we weren’t on the books and they didn’t have time to look at our car. 2. We showed up for appointments they made for us, only to be told that the part they said would be in hadn’t arrived — not their fault, but why not call to cancel my appointment? 3. We confirmed with supervisors on the phone and via email the issues we needed them to resolve, only to show up and be told that they didn’t have any idea what we were talking about and we needed to bring it back another day. 4. We were told we’d be given loaner cars via phone and email, only to show up and be told they had no loaner cars for us. We live in DC and the dealership is in Alexandria, which makes for very expensive Ubers. 5. We were told they would fix our display screen that had been shorting out, only to show up and be told that they couldn’t do this and we needed to make an appointment at another Ourisman location. 6. "Fixed" the strut and mount but it's still not fixed. Making a terrible noise and still very much a problem. This entire process required 12+ hours of time off work, for nothing. They talk to you like you’re an idiot. They act confused when you try to confirm details in person that were discussed via phone or email. They get mad when you let them know details had been confirmed via phone and email. They offer no apologizes for any inconveniences caused. They do not care about your time lost. Terrible communication. Horrible customer service. They love making sales. They hate helping customers. I’ve truly never had a worse experience with any company. If I could undo this purchase, I would in a second. More

I had to go up there for an update the next day then I didn’t receive a call or nothing again for an update, until I call 5 times on the following Thursday 7/5/21. I even spoke to the service manager who was completely nonchalant to my complaint. Only to find out my car was ready 2 hours later!! I do not recommend this location More
