This dealership was a complete polarization to that of Lindsay Chevrolet. All of the staff were respectful and straightforward about the price. The day I was able to come in, Nicole wasn't working but Willie helped me out and was very informative. I worked with Willie, Krish, and Habib to put together a deal that was satisfying to me. I would highly recommend going to this location when looking for a chevy vehicle. No hidden charges, no extra fees, good value on your trade ins and great attitudes all around. There are some mark ups on vehicles but they aren't excessive. Thank you for the great experience. More
When purchasing the car, the finance department was not honest about warranty. Of the warranty packages I was off was offered by Habib, apparently was NOT what I was ultimately sold. I was shown a chart with 5 different levels of coverage, ultimately selected the highest level of coverage which, based on what was shown on the screen and the details told to me by Habib. The pricing shown was over $100 more per month over the 6 year financing period. This package, as described by Habib, covered bumper to bumper service, including oil changes for the next 7 years, and the "only thing I would have to pay to put in my car was gas." That statement, along with the lifetime guarantee of the engine as long as ALL of my bumper to bumper maintenance was done at that Chevy service location, convinved me to purchase that warrenty coverage. At my first service appointment, the service writer initially had no idea about this warranty coverage as he gave me an invoice quote for an oil change & inside the vehicle air filter. When the work was completed, he said it was covered by the warranty. I figured he had a chance to look it up & made the adjustments. My 2nd visit -- the service writer applied a $50 service coupon (not sure where that came from) & there was an $18 credit for a $90 oil change. My total service visit came to close to $190. I paid then went right over to the sales area. Someone made a copy of my service invoice and said they would get back to me. They did not. I followed up about a week later, spoke with Habib who said he would look into it & get back to me. He did not. I called again & spoke with Hamid who, upon looking at my paperwork via his system, stated that there are different levels of coverage and based in the cost he saw, I had a lower level of coverage that did not include the coverage I told him I was sold. Hamid said he would email me, CCing Hamid, what my coverage entailed. I asked him to also include the sales manager on the email. This was Oct 13. The email did NOT include the coverage stated in the system & although Habib & the sales manager was included on the email, neither followed up with me. The finance process entailed signing & initialling on a screen where Hamid got to a screen, told me what that screen covered while scrolling to the bottom for me to sign. My paperwork does not entail the specifics of the warrenty, nor did it include the paper brochure that was shared with me. My last car was purchased over 12 years ago & it was not a certified pre-owned as the current vehicle I purchased in Sept 2021. While I feel I asked all the right questions about the vehicle itself and financing, my lack of knowledge about car warranties at a dealership clearly has resulted in me being lied to & taken advantage of. I'm awaiting response on exactly what this warrenty entails before taking next steps. BEWARE OF THE FINANCING DEPARTMENT. They will sell you on one product & have you sign on something completely different. With the extra $100+ In paying a month, I could have been saving that in a car maintenance fund versus some warrenty that does not even cover oul changes. How many others have they done this too? More

I was greeted this morning by Laramie Askin for my scheduled oil change and he made my visit by just being a friendly person and taking the time to be sure all of my concerns were addressed. This place doesn’t answer their phones for the life of them. When the front desk finally does pickup, they transfer you to a desk who doesn’t answer. Had to go in every time while my vehicle was there. 6 them. When the front desk finally does pickup, they transfer you to a desk who doesn’t answer. Had to go in every time while my vehicle was there. 6 plus people in the service bay, no one could be bothered to answer a phone call. My truck was there because they installed the wrong part number on it. No ETA for the needed part. Finally when I went in (remember, because they don’t answer their phones) they magically had the part. Still pretty sure they never fixed it, because the issue continued. At this point I traded it in for a new truck, surprise, it’s not a Chevy. Don’t go here. More
