so as an over all review of the dealership the reason I'm giving it a 2 star review is almost entirely due to the service techs. I recently bought a NEW 2022 silverado ZR2. I had made a trip to Florida from giving it a 2 star review is almost entirely due to the service techs. I recently bought a NEW 2022 silverado ZR2. I had made a trip to Florida from DC and I had to go through a few storms. after going through them my left headlight/Blinker would quit working so I take it in to the dealer and they replace it. on that day I spend almost 10 HOURS at the dealership. first 5 hours was to replace the headlight. while they are fixing it I ask to have the truck updated due to it not having the right software for the ZR2. well they forget or didn't get the memo to do it so after those 5 hours they had to take it back again which took another hour and a half. so I get in the truck and now it thinks it's a chevy Tahoe. so again the wrong software was installed. I inform my service rep who has them fix it which takes another hour and a half. I finally take the truck home to find out the part of the fender that connects to the truck isn't flush and is sticking out. and the headlight beams are not level. so at this point I'm pretty upset to say the least so I take it back again (25 minute drive one way) btw. and have to schedule an appointment for today Aug 12th and 0800. I take it in and get the call that it's fixed. so I come to pick it up and see that the fender is still not flush but is now sticking out in the middle as to the edge by the headlight originally. and also discover that the headlight (which is new) has a chip in it. now this may sound nit picky to some. but this is a 75 thousand dollar truck. there's no reason a GOOD tech should be handing back my vehicle with these issues. it should look just like it did when I bought it. they offered a free oil change due to this xxxx show that had happened which didn't help me due to just getting the oil changed and moving across the country in a few days. but you would think with all these issues they would have at least washed the truck before I got it back..but nope that didn't happen either. if I were to rate the departments out of a 100 it would be as followed "certified techs" 0/100 Service department 100/100 sales reps 90/100 The only good part about this service experience has been the rep Destiny. she was absolutely awesome and helped me any way she could. I highly reccomend avoiding this dealer for repairs but if you have to go there then 100% ask for destiny. ( as you enter the service door she's the 3rd desk from the front) she will do everything she can even on her off time to help you out. the 2 stars I did give are only because of her help More
I like to give kudos to Jacob Scheider. I have an issue with my vehicle. He explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle and stayed in contact with me throughout the process of gettin I have an issue with my vehicle. He explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle and stayed in contact with me throughout the process of getting it fixed. He set the example of being a good rep if you have a car issue. he is a shining example of a rep giving excellent customer service. More

Poor service communication. Had recall.and part had to be ordered didn't tell us at time of drop off. We had to call.2 days later to find out. Servic rep was out and no one was covering his clients. Left 2 messages on service line. Finally got through to a live switchboard and 3rd time finally connected with svc mgr to find out. Had our car for 3 days for oil change and tire rotation. Still waiting on call for recall part. More
I went in for a oil change rotation of tire ,front end alignment I paid 300.00 for it got in to my car they didn’t rotate and they didn’t do the alignment because the report stated that I needed a lot of alignment I paid 300.00 for it got in to my car they didn’t rotate and they didn’t do the alignment because the report stated that I needed a lot of repair so be careful poor service More

Disgusting customer service. The great Sales man make promises the service department wont keep. When you talk to him im person hes upbeat but doeant pay attention while your talking and doeant seem to care. All ourismans in va seemed to be understaffed. And that why no one calles.back after weeks ans weeks of calling them. Oil change 150 bucks? Beware of privately owned companies GM doeant not take responsibility and will not assist like Ford does!!! More
