I loved the customer service at Ourisman. We're a military family and we move often. This is by far the best, most professional dealership I've experienced so far. The price was unbeatable, the staff military family and we move often. This is by far the best, most professional dealership I've experienced so far. The price was unbeatable, the staff was friendly and there was a complimentary coffee station. My car sounds GREAT again, so THANK YOU to Mr. Slaughter and his team for getting my vehicle taken care of in such a timely fashion. More
We cannot say enough about the professionalism and great customer service we received from Darryl Wyre. He was friendly, never pushed and listened to our needs. He worked the best possible deal for us and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We bought a new 2014 Chevy Volt and just brought it home. The other members of the support team from customer service and finance were also terrific. We highly recommend Darryl and this dealership! More
My baby, one of the first 5 Gen Camaro’s to come off the My baby, one of the first 5 Gen Camaro’s to come off the assembly line, needed some help with a erratic engine idle brought on by a fuel injection c My baby, one of the first 5 Gen Camaro’s to come off the assembly line, needed some help with a erratic engine idle brought on by a fuel injection cleaning service performed by another repair facility. I also had a number of other issues the dealer I purchased the car from was unable to properly diagnose Mike in service (for whom I had contacted a couple weeks earlier about servicing my 2008 Buick Enclave) said he believed they would reprogram the fuel injection system with minimal effort and get it right where it needs to be again. Upon Arrival Mike brought out James a technician who did not take long to attain my confidence (not easy coming from a mechanical Engineer that had written off the service dept from the dealer he bought the car at) . We discussed what the car was doing , i.e. idling high which cost me at least 2 mpg, and requiring more firm brake to hold it back at a light. I also provided a list of other items that had cropped up with the other dealer. One was a rear end noise that had been going on for about a year now and my least dealer charged me $160 to fix, but didn’t. Fast forward one day later. The car idles smooth and right where it should. James provided me the service bulletin that hit the rear end noise to a tee. I don’t know why my previous dealer insisted on doing a axle lube service (oh yea, its one of those high markup items then they figured they should squeeze in, even though it was not needed till 100k miles and I only had 50k on the car) Anyway, I have an apt to go in for further work, but I needed to get some problems ironed out on the Buick first. They have earned my confidence, and now they are working on my Buick (probably for a later update) More

The Service Managers even worked with GM Customer Service to ensure that my intermittent issue with my bendix gear inside the AC Delco starter would be fixed by GM even after my warranty had run out. The entire team worked hard to familiarize themselves with Toyota's bulletins in order to pinpoint the exact problem. In fact, the mechanics were able to obtain a Denso (Toyota) starter for my car to replace the intermittently failing AC Delco starter to ensure I won't have any future issues with the bendix gear. I took my car for repair to the shop to find out a leak under a hood. I had 8 AM appointment and they asked me that I would have to leave my car there for them to diagnostic problem and they got back to me under a hood. I had 8 AM appointment and they asked me that I would have to leave my car there for them to diagnostic problem and they got back to me at 3 PM. They told me there is no leak and that they have checked the pressure for everything including radiator fluid and power steering fluid. They charged me for one hour of labour. I went home and the next week I find the same leak on the floor of my garage. the viscosity of the fluid tells me that it is some sort of oil. I went back to the shop and told them that it is some sort of oil leak because my power steering was sluggish so I told them that it might be power steering fluid. They told me it's already 1 PM they will get to my car later in the day or the first thing in the morning and that I have to leave my car again. I Called the next day around 2 o'clock and asked if they have diagnosed the problem and they said we haven't even got to your car yet. They told me that they will get to it very soon and tell me what the problem is. Half an hour later I get a phone call from the dealership and they said your water pump is broken and it'll cost $1400 to replace it. The water pump for my car cost about $230. And they wanted to charge me $1400. I told them Please don't do anything and I will pick up my car shortly. When I brought the car home this time I found a scratch near my door which was not there before they left my car and it was really dirty. Didn't even offer me a courtesy car wash. I took my car to another mechanic and they told me that a power steering hose was leaking. They charged me hundred bucks to fix it within an hour. And I have not seen the leak on my floor since then. I would not trust these clowns anymore. I will never ever go back to this dealership anymore. They have really bad customer service and they are ripoff. More
I had an accident in February of 2013, I had my Chevy Malibu towed to this dealership for repairs. I thought this would be a great experience, but I was wrong. I picked up my car after the work was don Malibu towed to this dealership for repairs. I thought this would be a great experience, but I was wrong. I picked up my car after the work was done and on the way home both of my hub caps fell off as I was driving, and I noticed my car was making very loud noises and my seat and steering wheel were vibrating badly , so I took my car back to have the hub caps, noises, and vibrations inspected. I was told that bad struts were put on my car, really?! The work was done to replace the bad struts and hub caps, Brent told me that replacing the bad strut would fix the vibrations problem, but after driving around my car was making more noise than it did the first time, and the vibration problem was not fixed, I had enough of taking my car in to be fixed and coming home with new problems, so I took my car to another auto body shop, and I was told that I still had bad struts on my car, my front frame was no good because bad used part were used to "fix" my car, and I needed engine mounts. Brent never said a word about me needing engine mounts. I feel as though Brent just wanted the commission from fixing my car, he did a quick fix so he could collect the money from my insurance company. I will never take my car to this dealership again because they have crooks working in the service department. The service tech and the mechanics at this dealership are NOT TRUSTWORTHY! More

Dan Kesner was the salesman for that vehicle and he did a wonderful job of showing me the car and helping me make the decision to purchase it. He has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. He loves cars himself, so he truly knows what he's talking about. One particular example of how helpful Dan has been is that I accidentally left some personal item in the vehicle I that I traded in for my new Camaro. I called Dan and he went and collected all of those items for me before I came back to the dealership to complete my paperwork. The other staff at Ourisman were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dan Kesner and Ourisman to anyone looking to make a new or used vehicle purchase. More
I paid $33,175.00 cash for a GMC Canyon they had in stock-the date November 23, 2012. Two months later Ourisman has failed to make delivery of that vehicle. Imagine buying a brand new vehicle-paying c stock-the date November 23, 2012. Two months later Ourisman has failed to make delivery of that vehicle. Imagine buying a brand new vehicle-paying cash just before the wonderful Thanksging and Christmas holiday and then spend the next two months being without your new pickup. Ourisman manager Bob Biagi-has dodged all my phone calls-while the salesman have repeatedly failed to make delivery, after a series of staged promises. I have lived non stop for the last two months worrying about having to file a lawsuit againt this Ourisman dealership in order to achieve justice. They have ruined any chance for me to enjoy the experience of purchasing a new vehicle - and actually owning it outright from the start. Based on the fact this survey shows Ourisman tied for last place in customer satisfaction and the facts I am still experiencing and languishing without #33,175.00 and without the new pickup I warn anyone that this corporation cannot be trusted ! Purchased a van from this dealer less than a month ago. I was told it was certified used and in great condition. I noticed the transmission is failing on the van and the shocks are no good. I take it back to was told it was certified used and in great condition. I noticed the transmission is failing on the van and the shocks are no good. I take it back to the guy that sold it to me Samar Burjas and he referred me to William Hughes in the service department. William Hughes tells me the transmission is bad and the shock need to be replaced and the dealership will cover the cost of repair but I have to pay for labor. Doesn't make since how less than a month ago it was certified and now they are telling me it needs its transmission replaced. No good bad dealership trying to rip people off. Don't go there avoid a headache. More
On my first visit to have my car serviced by Ourisman Chevrolet of Alexandria (1800 Old Richmond Highway, Alexandria), I experienced UTTERLY FLAWLESS SERVICe!!!! It was absolutely smooth-as-silk from st Chevrolet of Alexandria (1800 Old Richmond Highway, Alexandria), I experienced UTTERLY FLAWLESS SERVICe!!!! It was absolutely smooth-as-silk from start to finish. Since I was new to this dealership, I called Mr. Howard Walker, the Service Director. I could tell, within a moment of speaking with Mr. Walker, that I was in exceptional hands. Mr. Walker recommended that, when I brought my car in, I ask for Mike Creason; and I am eternally in Mr. Walker's debt for his recommendation of Mike Creason. I took my car in, for the first time, on an EXTREMELY BUSY Saturday morning; and Mike Creason made me feel as though I was the only customer there. Mike Creason is entirely professional, yet totally approachable. Mike Creason provided top-notch customer service. TOTALLY EXCEEDED ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS!!!!!!! Based on my recent experience with Howard Walker and Mike Creason in the Service Department at Ourisman Chevrolet in Alexandria, I WILL be taking my car back there for future service and I WILL be purchasing a new vehicle, when necessary, from Ourisman Chevrolet in Alexandria!!!
