I have never had so bad customer service at a car dealership. You would think since the salesperson is trying to make money, he would make an effort. I purchased a 2004 Acura TSX from Ourisman 2 weeks ago. So far the dash lights have quit working, the clutch has quit and the front brake pads are worn to an unacceptable level, this seems strange especial So far the dash lights have quit working, the clutch has quit and the front brake pads are worn to an unacceptable level, this seems strange especially for a state with an inspection program. BTW the oil was not changed and their "150 point service check" that is performed is a joke. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. From the first phone call to the final services provided, I felt taken care of by Ourisman Chevy. My car is now safer than it was before I took it in.
