This is one of those dishonest car dealerships that people warned you about. They tack on so many "mandatory fees" it will make your head spin. Thalia was responsive and gave me the info I needed quickly, despite working remotely. Rob gave us the numbers we needed to hear and Marcus delivered the vehicle quickly and efficiently. Turns out that it was tuned, and they did not tell me about it when I was sold this vehicle. I moved to Washington DC, and I didn't pass emissions. The reason being because the catalytic converter had failed. Since my car was tuned (without my knowledge), most of my warranty was completely voided, and I have had to foot the bill for multiple repairs that would've been covered by warranty. When I tried to call about it on multiple occasions, I was given the run around every time since I did not purchase a "certified pre-owned" vehicle. Since Open Road VW would not assist me in any way, I just wanted to be completely done with them. Unfortunately, I continue to receive phone calls, emails, and letters asking me to purchase more warranty or trade-in my vehicle or some other scam to get me to invest even more more money into their awful business. It won't stop, and every time I receive some piece of advertisement from them, it makes my blood boil. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. More

Total rip off and worst customer service experience I went in to have them diagnose a specific issue on my car. My car had a problem picking up speed. When I go around 40 miles/ hour and try to go 45, c I went in to have them diagnose a specific issue on my car. My car had a problem picking up speed. When I go around 40 miles/ hour and try to go 45, car would slow down automatically and lose speed and my ecp light would come on. I mentioned this problem to the dealer and said I need diagnosis for this problem. They took my car in and few mins they came back and said my car is fixed there was an issue with engine oil cap and once we tighten it the problem is gone. As I started driving a block away same problem came up. I went back in the dealership right away and explained that the problem is still happening. Instead of taking a look at it again he said this is all 150 usd diagnostics will get you and he said we will have to charge you additional fees and said He wished would have charged me 1000 usd for fixing the problem. I was very disappointed by the servicemanager’sbehavior and attitude. His last name is Silva. He had no shame in being rude and ripped me off. Plz don’t go to this dealership even if iris closer to you. I have decided after this experience not to ever buy a Volkswagen car and will recommend my friends, family and colleagues to do the same. After setting up an appointment to test drive a used vehicle and driving over 1.5 hours to see it, we showed up to a car that was filthy and with a non-working air conditioner (mind you, it was 95 degrees yesterday). We made the appointment to see the car two days in advance and it was obvious that no one made any effort to prepare the vehicle let alone ensure that the AC was working for the test drive. Obviously, it was a hard pass on the car and with that we were left to walk out of the dealership with nothing more than some advice about our potential trade-in and a few apologies. Most shockingly, we were not even offered to see any comparable automobiles. It didn't really seem like anyone was interested in making a sale. I make many of my purchases based on customer reviews, and I try to review both positive and negative experiences when I have them. A car is a big purchase, and I definitely would not have confidence in or recommend buying from VW of Bridgewater. Good luck! More
