The sales person couldn’t explain or confirm the basic differences between trims or advise on why one model might suit our needs better than another when discussing two specific models (SE and SE R-Line). They also upsell a non-negotiable +$2,500 (approx.) fee on top of the MSRP due to generic services “they do on all their cars” like - filling the tires with nitrogen, covers on door kick plates, waxing, etc. None of which was requested or asked for. Most concerning was their false claim that 0%/60-month financing coincidently wasn’t available on the models we were interested in, but only on the models we weren’t, despite the manufacturer offering it on all trims of the Tiguan. They instead quoted a 0.09%/60 mo. rate without even reviewing or understanding our credit. Their refusal to discuss the actual car price and focus only on an inflated monthly payment but not being able to show or articulate itemized costs of where these numbers are coming from was another red flag. In the end, we bought a superior model elsewhere, more in line with/below the % off MSRP these cars are selling for, with 0%/60 mo. financing, no +$2,500 (approx.) fee for phantom services, and ended up with an out-the-door price that was still way lower than this dealerships “best offer” on the inferior model. If you choose to shop here, I recommend contacting the manufacturer directly to confirm and educate yourself on the available incentives and if you qualify, as this dealership will upsell and mislead you. More

Was a walk in at this dealer. Looked online it did not seem that they had what we I wase looking for, but I dropped in anyway. Talked with a pleasant salesman, who said that they would be getting one vehicle I would be interested in, in about a week or two. When I inquired about the price the salesman went to check and came back with MSRP plus a large dealer adjustment, plus an inordinate amount of dealer fluff and fees. Pretty much every bad extra add on you have ever heard of. Final price was close to 10K over MSRP. This was not a super car, or even a top end VW. It is not even a particularly popular car. I challenged a few of the more blatant excessive add-ons to gauge the salesperson's response. My challenge was met with blatant deceits and mistruths saved only for the naivest and desperate of the car buying population. You know the stuff that gives car retail a terrible name. To be fair the salesperson was never aggressive or mean hearted, it is not even that the dealership misread the situation and thought they had a live one. If the salesperson is to be believed they do this to everyone who walks in the door. I met a salesman who used to work at this dealership and he described how he felt the this particular dealership had taken a turn for the worse recently. The recent comments seem to bear this out. Needless to say, the company did not get my business. More

Worst dealership ever. If I could giveso NO stars I would. They Advertise a Durango for $33,599 (still to this day} but when I sit down to purchase vehicle they come back with a bunch of stuff that includes $2900 in repairs so price becomes over $39,000. I drove over 50 miles each way to purchase this vehicle and they come out with this ridiculous inflated number. I offered $31,000 (which is about a 7% reduction) plus doc fees and sales tax and they just blew me off. This all happened on Saturday Feb 11,2023 But the bad news continues as today Andy C reaches out to me today, Feb 23 and asks if I want to drive the Durango home. We had a pleasant conversation lasting about ten texts and I asked for the price of vehicle. He responds "I'm sending you the price now"....I never heard from him again. This dealership is at best full of incompetance, at worst, faudulant in their representations. I am a senior and a car guy....I have purchased hundreds of vehicles from dealers in multiple states....my advise is BEWARE of this one. I was willing to give them another shot but after texting with Andy C today I don't think so. More
