They gave me the best deal in all of New Jersey and some in Pennsylvania close to NJ on a 2020 Passat SE Lease. They even gave me a better color interior (Tan) that we originally discussed to go with the R in Pennsylvania close to NJ on a 2020 Passat SE Lease. They even gave me a better color interior (Tan) that we originally discussed to go with the Regal Blue exterior. Their inventory of Passats, include the SE, is the biggest in New Jersey. Their service maintenance people are also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They did make a few mistakes but made professionally corrected them at no cost. For some reason the website won't let me click on my salesman, Marcus Jerman, but he was very good, friendly and helpful. More

I had an amazing experience with Open Road Volkswagen! My dad and I came in during a Tuesday evening as my lease (2018 VW Tiguan S) was ending and I was looking to transition to my next car. The sales manager greeted and helped us as soon as we walked in until he could get a salesperson to help us when they were free. Matt ended up helping us out and was so incredibly kind from the start. I was looking to upgrade and he consistently talked to me and explained things in a way I could understand. Coming from a proud military family, we were extremely grateful to have worked with Matt. He was very honest and straight about numbers and was able to be flexible, even willing to come in around my schedule so that I could pick up my new SUV! By the end of that trip I was able to sign paperwork and drive off the lot knowing I’d be coming back to pick up my new vehicle. That Thursday I was able to pick up my new 2021 VW Tiguan SEL and Matt went through every single control and button with me to ensure I was comfortable. Everyone at the dealership from the sales manager, to Matt to John and Anwar were so incredibly kind, respectful, honest and knowledgeable about what they do. You can tell these guys are truly in this to make sure people are comfortable and getting great deals and are taken care of. I was asked consistently if I had questions, needed anything and given multiple people’s contact information if anything should come up in the future that I may need. I’m super thankful for the assistance that I received here and super grateful for the great service. I HIGHLY recommend. This is one of those dishonest car dealerships that people warned you about. They tack on so many "mandatory fees" it will make your head spin.
