They immeadiately greeted me warmly and let me test drive the car ASAP. I liked the car alot. We sat down and discussed everything. Unfortunately, being a first time buyer I could not lease that car. Justin was on the phone with the bank trying but to no avail. Instead he immeadiately offered me a 2011 Jetta S the same collor I wanted except it had 8000 miles. I loved the car the second I sat in it. Justin went straight to crunching the numbers for me but the banks were closed. The very next MORNING he got me an amazing deal and I was able to finance the car within my extremely tight budget. These people worked non-stop to make sure I got the car that I loved and I got the BEST deal possible! I drove home with the car that night with everything set and ready. I honestly can NOT thank these people enough they made everything super easy and all I did was sign the papers and take the car. They are absolutely amazing and will do as much as possible to help people get the car they want within budget. I will highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know and in the future, I will definitely go through this dealership again. More

Ahhhh FINALLY just purchased my 1st new car from the best dealership around. I have been to the Englewood VW and Bernardsville VW and I was not happy with the services at the Bernardsville VW the sales man dealership around. I have been to the Englewood VW and Bernardsville VW and I was not happy with the services at the Bernardsville VW the sales man pretty much ignored me when I was talking to him ..how rude. So I decided to try Open Road and the second I walked in I was being helped. I do not know much about cars but this sales man was so helpful that I just wanted to hug him. Great place!! More
