Stay away....please save yourselves a huge headache. The service staff is unprofessional and irresponsible. I took my Audi for a simple service and it ended up being a 2 month tragic event. I took my car for an oil and filter change, rotation of the tires and to check all the fluids level in the car. When I dropped it off they told me they'll call me when the car is ready. Three days had passed and no calls. I had to call them myself and they said the car is still not ready. Five days had passed and finally after harassing them they told me to pick up the car. When I picked up my car all the buttons for sporting mode where switched on and they added extra unnecessary mileage to it. Eventually I found out their staff was having fun with it. I also noticed they had used some kind of soapy fluid in my windshield washer that stained my whole front windscreen which nearly caused me a horrifying accident while driving with my family. On top of that I found out that my tires weren't rotated and the oil filter was not changed. I called Audi USA and reported them. Audi USA suggested that I take it back and fix it there since they had already messed it up. Anyway long story short this car took 2 months back and forth to this dealership cause they kept missing these simple tasks. When I finally thought my car was complete, as I was driving on the highway, the plastic cover found under the engine was not secured properly with screws so it came off and got destroyed. I decided to take the loss and go fix it at a different dealership since I don't want to deal with them anymore. Their staff are very unprofessional who don't care about their clients and their managers don't like to deal with problems, so please don't be foolish and find another dealership. More
We were trying to buy an S5 Cabrio and visited this dealership twice--asked to follow up with pricing information with two different salesmen but no-one would get back to us! We kept asking for a price and there was just no response . . .so we went to Biener where the service was great! I guess Manhattan isn't really interested in selling cars, but its a nice showroom! These guys need to get their act together! More
Avoid, avoid, avoid. So many negative reviews at Citysearch, Cars.com, Edmunds, etc. are not wrong. I wish I had heeded so many warnings. It was a serious mistake to purchase my car here. John Kwon was friendly and knowledgeable about the Audi Convertible that I was interested in. I was also interested in other convertibles from different companies, but he sold me on the Audi's overall per Convertible that I was interested in. I was also interested in other convertibles from different companies, but he sold me on the Audi's overall performance, looks, fold down back seats to allow for ski's or golf bags to easily fit in the larger trunk space among others Audi qualities. Some sales people just talk and don't listen. John made me feel comfortable by asking what I wanted/or needed in my convertible. We discussed the different car colors and tops and he showed me all combinations I could chose. John followed up and let me know the car would be ready a day sooner. He promised and delivered a BEAUTIFUL day to pick up my convertible after he went through my tutorial. He called a few days later to make sure everything was fine and that I was enjoying my new car. The Audi showroom, the Audi automobile and John are class acts! A real enjoyable experience. . More

From the minute we first walked in we were treated with respect. The entire process was very stress free. He answered all of our questions (and we had many!). There were no surpises to be had, what was promised to us was given to us. We are very pleased with how smoothly this new car purchase went. Even when it was time to sit down with the finance manager Dexter-there were no surprises. I was also very impressed with the room that they have to deliver the car. Beautiful showroom as well! Probably one of the worst car dealerships I have ever visited in my life. Scheduled a test drive on a Friday after work and walked up to the woman who I scheduled an appointment with. Then for 30 mins she disappeared and a random salesman, Paul Koka, came up to me asking me what I was looking for. I was beginning to think what the whole point was in scheduling a test drive when I could have just came in off the street and got the same treatment. Paul, probably because it was a Friday night and he was anxious to go home or was profiling me as someone he did not think had the money to pay for the car, was hemming and hawing that there was too much traffic on a Friday night and that we should really schedule for another time. I couldn't believe my ears, the first time a car salesmen did not actually want to sell a car! After much cajoling he finally got someone to bring down a car, but not the car I was really there to test drive. We went out and to his surprise...NO TRAFFIC! When we got back in I gave him my contact info and told him to follow up with me in a week's time. Of course a week went by and no follow up. So I called him up with regards to pricing and he was actually offended that I wanted to negotiate the price. He then had the nerve to say "Audi has this little thing called M.S.R.P." I never felt more insulted in my life dealing with a car salesman, excuse me, Audi Brand Specialist. Anyway, needless to say I told him I was taking my business elsewhere and would advise you to do as well, unless you like being treated like a nobody and enjoy getting insulted by people whom you are interested in buying products from. I'm happy to say that other Audi dealerships I subsequently contacted were much more professional and caring, so yes this is a unique service provided by Audi of Manhattan. More

This is my second time leasing an Audi A4 from Dan Lessa at Audi of Mamhattan. He has gone above and beyond to make the process stress-free. Even smoother re-leasing the second time. Everyone hear at this dealership is very nice and they focus on making customer service a priority. Dan in particular worked me into the car I really wanted and gave me an excellent price. I've bought, leased and shopped at many dealerships over 20 years for myself, family and friends and I have never had such a great experience leasing a vehicle such as this. There are no games here and they all genuinely want you to drive away happy. Go see Dan and get the car you want today! Tell him you read my review (Anthony) and you heard great things.
