I test drove a lot of cars, visited lots of dealerships and shopped around at several Audi dealers. John Kwon, the salesperson at Audi Manhattan was very helpful, informative, patient and not pushy at all. He tried to accommodate me in any way he could. I would highly recommend seeing him if you're in the market for a new car. More

I guess he could tell I was worried because he assured me he'll take care of everything and that's exactly what he did. He put me a loaner car and kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the week and reminded me that my inspection was up soon. By far the best visit of any Audi dealership I've been to. Would definitely come back for service. More

Mr. John Kwon, my salesperson provided an outstanding buying experience and indeed made the car buying experience an actually pleasant one. Not only did he show courtesy, honesty and professionalism but he went over and beyond his duty to answer all my concerns, especially about the lack of a spare wheel on the terrible New York City roads. I had asked if it was possible to fit a spare wheel/tire for an RS5 in multiple dealerships in US and European capitals and the answer has been invariably "No". That is until John went out of the way, experimenting with his colleagues and finding out that a "S6" spare wheel would actually fit in the "RS5" trunk bay and would fit the massive calipers of the breaks. Consequently I was able to buy my sport car with ease of mind. Congratulations to John Kwon for making my buying experience an unexpectedly pleasant surprise. More

The closing process was efficient and John took his time showing me the various features of my new car. I really have no complaints. More
Terrible experience. After we negotiated a price, they added so many other fees and said that they were not negotiable. Especially a $700 administration fee which is total profit. The car was a specific added so many other fees and said that they were not negotiable. Especially a $700 administration fee which is total profit. The car was a specific car so I went through with the deal, but whenever I asked to speak to someone they said no one was ever available. I called many times and never received a return call. Terrible experience! I have since purchased a truck and another car with much better satisfaction. Stay away if you don't want to get ripped off More
Absolutely incredible experience. I work in the public relations field where customer/client service is of the utmost importance. I can truly say that without a doubt, I've found that same level of custo relations field where customer/client service is of the utmost importance. I can truly say that without a doubt, I've found that same level of customer service and care alive and well with Sanjeev Nair, Jacqueline Chait, Laura Falvey and the rest of the team at Open Road Audi of Manhattan. I purchased a 2011 CPO Audi A5 coupe - my first car purchased alone and the first car I've owned in over a decade. Everything in the process from the inquiry, to setting up the test drive, to having finance options and the CPO warranty explained to me was excellent. Audi financing gave me a great rate that this team helped to negotiate to a manageable payment and good interest rate. The process moved fast, yet efficiently and was a no time overwhelming or stressful. Given that this was a used car, I was resigned to there being a few small scratches or dings in the paint and on the rim. Some say "pre owned" - I say "loved." That said, the day I took the vehicle off the lot, Sanjeev noted that he'd like to have be bring the vehicle back in so that he could have the detailing team touch up the rims in particular with a special paint that he that day put on order specifically for my car. A week later, I brought the car in to have it touched up. But touched up would be an understatement. Sanjeev went the extra mile to replace my rims under the additional wheel policy I had obtained at the time of purchase. He knew this was my first car and he wanted to be sure I enjoyed it. In my line of work, finding that level of customer care and service are extremely rare. I'm very much enjoying my purchase and hope that my A5 and I have a long and happy time together. Rest assured that when I'm in the market for my next vehicle, I'll be coming back to Open Road Audi of Manhattan and hope this stellar team of consummate professionals is still in place. More
I purchaed a certified '13 A6 from these guys. I went there because the price was great but the service is the reason I am writing the review. When a couple of questions came up on the car given it went there because the price was great but the service is the reason I am writing the review. When a couple of questions came up on the car given it was a used car, they were quick to offer to fix a couple of blemishes that they didn't even need to do. The car ended up being basically new and they alleviated any of my concerns. They took tons of time explaining how the car worked etc. NO xx sales philosphy.....very honest (rare in sales these days). Would recommend to anyone- any time I am offered drinks, snacks and an honest salesman, what more could I want. But seriously, car and the purchase experience was super smooth. More
Stay away....please save yourselves a huge headache. The service staff is unprofessional and irresponsible. I took my Audi for a simple service and it ended up being a 2 month tragic event. I took my car service staff is unprofessional and irresponsible. I took my Audi for a simple service and it ended up being a 2 month tragic event. I took my car for an oil and filter change, rotation of the tires and to check all the fluids level in the car. When I dropped it off they told me they'll call me when the car is ready. Three days had passed and no calls. I had to call them myself and they said the car is still not ready. Five days had passed and finally after harassing them they told me to pick up the car. When I picked up my car all the buttons for sporting mode where switched on and they added extra unnecessary mileage to it. Eventually I found out their staff was having fun with it. I also noticed they had used some kind of soapy fluid in my windshield washer that stained my whole front windscreen which nearly caused me a horrifying accident while driving with my family. On top of that I found out that my tires weren't rotated and the oil filter was not changed. I called Audi USA and reported them. Audi USA suggested that I take it back and fix it there since they had already messed it up. Anyway long story short this car took 2 months back and forth to this dealership cause they kept missing these simple tasks. When I finally thought my car was complete, as I was driving on the highway, the plastic cover found under the engine was not secured properly with screws so it came off and got destroyed. I decided to take the loss and go fix it at a different dealership since I don't want to deal with them anymore. Their staff are very unprofessional who don't care about their clients and their managers don't like to deal with problems, so please don't be foolish and find another dealership. More
We were trying to buy an S5 Cabrio and visited this dealership twice--asked to follow up with pricing information with two different salesmen but no-one would get back to us! We kept asking for a pric dealership twice--asked to follow up with pricing information with two different salesmen but no-one would get back to us! We kept asking for a price and there was just no response . . .so we went to Biener where the service was great! I guess Manhattan isn't really interested in selling cars, but its a nice showroom! These guys need to get their act together! More
