The salesperson makes the experience! I just bought my dream A7 from Audi Manhattan. My salesperson was Natalie and she was awesome! I had wanted my A7 for a really long time and I had questions about eve dream A7 from Audi Manhattan. My salesperson was Natalie and she was awesome! I had wanted my A7 for a really long time and I had questions about everything. I wanted to know all about the trim levels, the packages, the accessories. She helped me find the perfect A7 and everyone at the dealership worked really hard to get it. I love, love, love my A7, it rides like a dream. Despite all the negative reviews, everyone I worked with exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend getting your Audi from Audi Manhattan in Midtown. Oh and when I went to pick it up on Saturday, Glenn Close was in there buying an Audi. Kinda cool : More
It is always the worst to have a car problem while living in the middle of the city. This is the first time I have had a problem with my Audi A8 and I brought it directly to Audi Manhattan because it is the in the middle of the city. This is the first time I have had a problem with my Audi A8 and I brought it directly to Audi Manhattan because it is the closest dealership. I was immediately placed in a loaner car as Kevin filled out paper work and sent my car up the ramp to the autoshop. Within a few days my car was fixed and it is better than before. The service center was quick, which is needed in the city, and everyone was nice and helpful to say the least. Hopefully my car will not have problem in the near future, but if it does I will be bringing it right back to Audi Manhattan and request Kevin to help me. More
What a great car buying experience!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was unsure of my color choices and not only was the staff very patient while I looked over the options, they even extremely friendly and helpful. I was unsure of my color choices and not only was the staff very patient while I looked over the options, they even took me on a tour of the inventory so I could see the different colors in person. What a nice level of service when the general manager, Fred Gang, tags along to make sure that all my needs are being met. Laura, the finance manager, was great, she made the car buying process very easy and painless. Open Road Audi of Manhattan still puts the customer first and in this day that's very rare. I would definitely recommend this dealer in the future. Nicole R. More
My wife and I came in to buy a new Audi, a Q7 to be exact. We were very anxious to buy this SUV because it had great appeal, great ratings, and seemed like the perfect fit for us. When we entered the dealership, Paul was the first sales person to offer us assistance. He provided us with a lot of help and information regarding the vehicle, and we learned a lot from his vast knowledge. Paul was extremely accommodating and dedicated to us and our needs. He worked quickly and efficiently to set us up with our new car. He explained all of the features and benefits of owning this luxury vehicle, and we couldn't have been more happy or satisfied. This was a great buying experience with a great dealer and an amazing sales person. We highly recommend Audi Manhattan to anyone who is interested!!!!!!! More
I had recently been married and my new wife and I had been looking to get rid of our Mercedes sedan and in to a small Sport Utility Vehicle. We looked at several, including the Mercedes-Benz GLK and the been looking to get rid of our Mercedes sedan and in to a small Sport Utility Vehicle. We looked at several, including the Mercedes-Benz GLK and the BMW X3. We hadn't even really considered the Audi Q5 but happened to drive by Audi in Manhattan on a Saturday afternoon. We tried to go in and the door was locked- but we were greeted by Harry- he explained that they were closing, but he invited us in regardless. He was very accommodating even though everyone was leaving, and he took his time with us and assured us that he had no problem staying and discussing the Q5 even though we told him that we could make arrangements to come back some other time. This guy LOVES Audi! That was evident after about 5 minutes of us walking in the door. Not only does he love Audi, he knows Audi, inside and out, upside and down, and all other ways around these cars. He also was familiar with the other cars that we drove and were considering which was refreshing because we could discuss the features in comparison to what the Audi offered. Both my wife and I felt so at ease and knew that we were dealing with someone other than what people consider the typical car salesman. We are still in shock actually to be honest. In any event, we went from not even considering an Audi to not even considering purchasing anything other than an Audi, all in the matter of about an hour! After Harry took us on a test drive up the Westside Highway and back down through the city we were pretty much hooked. We ended up falling in love with the Q5 S Line and were disappointed to learn that the inventory situation with these cars was very limited and there were none in stock and none coming in with the color and options we were looking for. The Dark Blue with Cinnamon leather in the S Line version. We did put a deposit on the car though and were prepared to wait it out through a special order. By the time we got home that evening, we had received an email from Harry simply thanking us for our time and our choice to lease a Q5 through him. It was Saturday night as the dealer was closing when we arrived, and still this guy sent us an email thanking us for our time on a Saturday night! Is this for real we kept asking ourselves!! A few days later we received a call from Harry telling us that he was able to locate and secure a car for us that was on a ship coming in from Germany and that we would be able to take delivery within about 2 o 3 weeks. We were ecstatic because we were expecting to wait 3 or 4 months, not weeks! We took delivery. Everything was terrific. We even wanted the interior trim changed from the SLine aluminum to the wood which my wife insisted upon, and that was all done prior to us picking the car up. All was amazing. We love the car! Unfortunately about two months in to ownership, the car was rear-ended at a traffic light. We only had about 1500 miles on the car. It happened in New Jersey and the tow truck towed the car to a facility locally. I immediately called Harry at Audi- and then found out that he was no longer selling cars but was handling inventory acquisition (?) but was still with the dealer. I left a message for him and he called me back within minutes. I explained to him what had happened and he suggested that the car be brought over to Manhattan so that his body shop manager could take a look at it. I didn't think that I wanted the car any longer since it was hit. Harry explained to me that he would have his Body Manager look at it and we could all then discuss the situation and see what the best solution might be. We did have Corrado look at the car and he felt that having the car repaired would not affect its future reliability or value. The damage was not structural so all seemed well. My over-reaction to having never been in any sort of accident. Harry assured us that we would be happy with the work done as he had seen some work done by the body shop and was 100% impressed. We trusted him and felt that he wouldn't lead us wrong at this point. He was right, the car came back flawless and we were treated to basically another new car delivery experience, even though Harry was no longer a sales person. All we can say, is that although Harry isn't in a sales capacity there any longer, he's still there and if they have people like him in their employ then this dealer is highly recommended on every level. So great to deal with someone that is so passionate about what they do and the product they represent. Great experience. More

Upon my visit to the dealership with my wife and child we were somewhat greated by sales Rep Jacqueline, her knowledge and customer service was not up to par... To make a long story short, it the end I cannot give a negative feedback to the dealership because in a few days all the issues were rectified by the Managers and with some good advise from Service rep Nelson who really helped to seal the deal, I drove away in a beautiful 2010 cpo Audi A5 just yesterday. This was a bad experience turned great which is what customer service should ultimatley be, they were able to do a 360 turn and which allowed me to drive away a happy camper. From this experiece im optimistic that my sales Rep will use it as a learning tool to now provide her future customers with nothing less than exeptional customer service. Special Thanks to Nelson, Managers Fred, Chris, John and Gregg.. Looking forward to a great experience with my purchase.. will keep you updated. More

When I asked him about financing and estimation of monthly payment, he even asked me if I have a calculator, meaning 'why don't you calculate yourself?'...anyway, overall experience was horrible. Dont ever go to this dealer. The sales man Rami was an extremely nice guy and somewhat straight forward, but when it came to Gregg Rubin this guy is an extremely good liar. He kept talking about this exte extremely nice guy and somewhat straight forward, but when it came to Gregg Rubin this guy is an extremely good liar. He kept talking about this extended warranty, and wound up adding it in to the final price of the car without my signature or the cosigners signature. The car I bought was a used Mercedes around 4 months ago and have put in around 3000 to fix it up to a normal working vehicle. All in all if you do go to this dealership make sure you try and not deal with Gregg, or better yet don't go there. More

I would not recommend this dealership to any one for any thing! I have purchased two Audi's in the past from Storm's Motors in Southampton, NY and had a wonderful experience!
