I found the salesman (Tony Tonchev) to be very fair and helpful. It is rare to find a car dealership that earns a rating of 10 out of 10 in my book. Open Road Audi of Manhattan achieved that lofty goal. Hurricane Sandy had totaled my 2012 Audi A6, and, as I am a healt of 10 out of 10 in my book. Open Road Audi of Manhattan achieved that lofty goal. Hurricane Sandy had totaled my 2012 Audi A6, and, as I am a healthcare professional, finding myself without a car was not a viable option for me. After Geico paid off Audi (on my 2012 lease) I went back to Dan Lessa ( my sales rep) and informed him of my plight---when I leased my 2012 Audi, I had an Acura TSX to trade in, but now I had nothing. He stunned me by telling me to sit down, take a deep breath, and listen, because he was going to put me into the seat of a 2013 Audi A6. I don't know how he did it, but a few days later I was indeed behind the wheel of my new 2013 Audi A6, paying $14 less a month on my lease, and gaining 2 new features that I didn't have before. This dealership rates tops with me for service also. They are there for me no matter what I need, and answer all my questions that in my past history with car dealers were always found to be a pain in the neck. Nothing seems too much for them, including making sure that I always have a loaner car to serve my patients' needs. So I am never without wheels. Dan Lessa is the most knowledgeable sales rep I have ever met in the auto business, and has the patience of a saint. All in all Open Road Audi of Manhattan serves all my needs and serves them well. 5 stars out of 5. More

If you're thinking about buying an Audi this is the place to go! The showroom is gorgeous and everyone here is super friendly! Thanks to him I was back on the road in under 5 days and they even offered me a loaner for the few days I had to wait until picking up my new car. I was so delighted to find Thomas Seifert the general manager at Audi of Manhattan. I previously negotiated the details at his prior location and was happy to reconnect with him. He remembered the details of my 2010 Audi A4 and was completely versed in all of the options and packages so that I could price and order my next Audi. A 2013 Audi A7. His patience and attention to me made it very easy to move forward with my order. He allowed me to test drive the cars I was considering and even try parking it in my very narrow garage. His hospitality and warmth is unmatched. While meeting with him, he allowed me to park at the dealership and detailed my 2010 A4 to look like new; inside and out. Salesman Scott Wernick was excellent in getting my insurance and registration details in place so that delivery of the car with plates and all was absolutely smooth. His knowledge of every feature of the A7's technology systems was unbelievable. He walked me through every step and set up every customer preference for me. Laura was absolutely the most charming and well prepared financial manager who prepared all of the contracts and paperwork so that the financial terms were clear and well documented. I have negotiated many luxury purchases and leases over the last 30 years with Audi, Mercedes, Volvo, Lexus, Saab and even Peugeot. My experience at Audi Manhattan has definitely been unsurpassed. I attribute this all to General Manager Thomas Seifert who his hands on, genuinely interested and has built a great dealership team where everyone helps each other and treats every customer special. You definitely don't sense a resentment or tension among the salespeople as you do in every other dealership. The design and space of this new showroom is just amazing. More
Dan helped me select my audi efficiently and quickly. He was also kind. I came to an agreement and settled the finances quickly and to my satisfaction. I had a great experience. Scott helped me find the perfect car, a great deal and all while being super-nice. He continually told me to come back or call with any questions, etc. Dexter was just as k perfect car, a great deal and all while being super-nice.
