get timming belt done and buy parts both or not good i get my timming belt done on my acura they told me at least 4hr for that jobs and tell me that how much it will charge , while im waiting for my serv i get my timming belt done on my acura they told me at least 4hr for that jobs and tell me that how much it will charge , while im waiting for my service i ask the part department for my acura carpets, and tell me it would fit , cant exchange with out restocking fee , and less than 2hr 30 min later they said the car is done , i be honest with you i dont know they do half of a job or doing at all cause i cant not see the timming belt was replaced or not with out taking it apart , i have a great pre own acura i buy it use but it in excellent pre own with records of service but the record just say getting service with out details that why im worried so i did do the timming belt and i ask them do i need it done they told me wont know with out taking it off so they tell me to do it anyway to be safe , so i fall for it , and be true honest it sound worst than before i change it , and the carpet did not fit my car , cause i did not know until weeks later cause my old carpet still good , cant explain my frustrations to be honest it all about commissions wages and money , More

Worst car buying experience. I bought certified MDX advance 2016 on Saturday 9/28. We closed on our house in same week and started moving so i was very tired, sleepy and was in hurry. So i just truste advance 2016 on Saturday 9/28. We closed on our house in same week and started moving so i was very tired, sleepy and was in hurry. So i just trusted the salesman and took their word for everything. Here some of the issues :- Issue # 1 - bought certified MDX advance 2016 on Saturday 9/28. I realized driver lock and remote start does not work as soon I brought car home. So I emailed Nick( my salesman) immediately and was advised to bring car back for service on Monday where I was told to wait for one month before they can fix it. I will have to drive car without being locked for a month or more. Issue # 2 - while taking test drive I was told not to worry about scratches they will be cleaned/fixed and car will look like new. When I took delivery it was late Saturday and their paint job guy comes only on Monday. Now when i went there on Monday, I was told that I will have to pay them to get it fixed. Issue # 3 when i asked that tires look little bit old, i was told it’s certified and they verify to make sure tires are in good shape. Now i see there are lots of cuts in tire inner side which i did not look while taking delivery. Issue # 4 I was not told that there is an accident on car, this was brought to me only when I agreed on price and my credit was run. More

Great experience will recommend Went just to see what options we had and drove out with RDX. Sales consultant Humberto J. Cruz greeted us and helped us with our trade and new lease. His recommendations were great his service was phenomenal. Years ago I tried a different Acura dealer and was treated really bad, not here. At Open Road Acura of Wayne we were treated with respect and they worked great with us. I will be going back for my next lease. More
