I cannot complain at all about the service I received at Open Road - Acura, Wayne, NJ. I shopped around at several other dealerships and got a mixed bag of courtesy and cooperation towards striking a deal o Open Road - Acura, Wayne, NJ. I shopped around at several other dealerships and got a mixed bag of courtesy and cooperation towards striking a deal on a 2007 RL lease. They had plenty of cars in inventory, our salesperson was patient and knowledgable about the cars many sophisticated features and most importantly they found a way to give more for our trade and sell the RL at a price we felt comfortable with when other dealers said thats all they can do. The usually disturbing process of signing the contracts and dealing with hard line pressures to take additional services etc was surprisingly painless. Picking up the car was a joy. We were given a thorough demo/tutorial of the functions of the car and our sales guy paired our phones for us for the hands-free on the spot so they worked once we pulled from their lot! So far we are happy we bought from Open Road! Bottom line is let your instincts dictate who you feel comfortable buying from. More

Sent an online inquiry for a quote and got decent pricing. So I visitied their showroom but as soon as I visited the showroom, they didn't even look at the quote refusing that pricing is not feasible pricing. Their new showroom pricing was worse than one advertised on Acura official website and it seemed like they didn't have their act together. The Sales person, his manager and the dealer owner didn't have any negotiating skills and showed an attitude indicating that they don't need our business. So they didn't. The owner even walked away while we were talking to him. So much for courtesy and customer service. BIG THUMBS DOWN. More
I put a $500 credit card deposit on a car. I went to look at it, said i wasn't interested and told him to refund the deposit. He called wednesday and asked when i wanted to pick up the car. When we showed up to lease 2 vehicles, we negotiated a deal with the sales guy John and were under an impression we had an agreement. Promised and failed miserably without taking responsibility. Manager was rude and I wasted a week of my time. They did deliver 1 out of the 2 cars requested and bumped up the price when it was time to sign cause further frustrations. As Unprofessional as ever. More

We were shopping for an Acura. Got to the point of actually deciding on buying the car that day. The General Manager came to discuss the pricing. He was not only rude but he had a very bad attitude. We are customers, there to spend money, not to be talked down to and definitely not have to take his sh_tty attitude. We immediately walked out and went to another dealer (Ramsey Acura), who not only met Wayne's prices but gave us a BETTER deal, and much much friendlier people.<br>I know Wayne Acura is bigger and has more sales, maybe that is why they are snobby and don't care for their customers.<br>I DEFINITELY WILL NOT recommend them.
