I responded to a vehicle I saw online requesting bottom line pricing with dealer fees, etc added on-- it took them 2 days to respond and then they asked what information I needed. They probably would have gotten the sale if the fees were reasonable but they don't seem too eager to sell me a car. More
My husband & I purchased a 2005 Ford Expedition exactly 8 days ago from there in "perfect running condition with no problems" The truck has only 50K miles on it. We paid cash, brought the car home to our family mechanic to find out it was in an accident & has extensive front end damage that they will not pay for. They are very shady characters & we plan to consult a lawyer on this matter. I didn't purchase a truck to have it in the shop for 4 days within having it for a week with over $2K worth of damage that "isn't under the warrenty" This dealership is a bunch of shady characters. They will be out of business soon if I have something to do with it. More

From the very first email to the time I left with my new MDX everyone was polite, accomidating and made me feel comfort enough about this dealership. Terrible dealership, both for service and sales, rude/incompetent. Free car wash they offer after oil change left my car full or water. Also fixed clock in car did a sloppy job. Called ahead to get a known recall issue fixed, told them specifically what was wrong and made an appointment based on the time they said it would take the order the part. When I brought the car over a week later, they still hadn't even ordered that part. More
Went to purchase a used 03 RSX that was advertised for a decent price. The actual purchasing of the car was pleasant. The staff was quite willing to work with me in terms of purchase. However, when it came time to leave with the car, this process took FOREVER. They said they were "washing my car" as a courtesy that they offer with all purchases however I wish they'd have let me decline it. I waited 2 hours to receive the keys to my new RSX. Currently still having problems with them as they failed to give me my license plates and registration on time. Now I'm stuck with a car I can't drive because all the legal stuff has expired. Talked to numerous people about this, but none with any answers or a date on when I should expect to receive my documents. If I get any tickets they better pay them for me or I'll sue. Don't bother with this dealership if you don't have time for shenanigans. More
Certified my car when it should not have been certified, upstate Acura dealer (Crest Acura) told me the car was totally repainted and a "horrible" car. The car is now worth $4,000 less than its book value according to Crest Acura and the car should never have been Acura certified. To boot, the certification has not covered any of the many problems I have had with the vehicle. Of course my only recourse is to plaster this all over the internet for future buyers. Beware of these guys, they are bad news. More

This dealership worked with us to get the vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. I traveled an hour to pick up my car, at which point the finance manager told me that they would only acce looking for at the price I wanted to pay. I traveled an hour to pick up my car, at which point the finance manager told me that they would only accept $3000 on a credit card for a down payment. I did not bring a check, and was never instructed to do so. I put down a substantial down payment, for which I was able to use my debit card for. The dealership charged my debit card in error, then realized that they needed to put it through as debit. They supposidly credited my account and put it through as debit. The credit has not been recognized by my bank. It has been several days and the dealership cannot seem to get their act together and credit me. In essence I was double charged. No one seems to know what they are doing. This has been an incredibly horrible experience! More

The sales manager lied to me, but I finally got him to a reasonable price. They completely tried to rip me off on my trade-in value, trying to justify it with more lies.
