Wonderful customer service I had the driver side front door handle break on my Escape, so I made an appointment to have it replaced. Two nights before my appointment, I hit a de I had the driver side front door handle break on my Escape, so I made an appointment to have it replaced. Two nights before my appointment, I hit a deer. I feared the insurance company might total the car, so I called to cancel the appointment. Mike Wells was very understanding. He kept the appointment open for me just in case I needed it. And I did. When the inspector tried to open the door the morning I was supposed to have the appointment for the door handle replacement, the inspector pulled that broken handle off! I was able to get back in the car. I brought it over to Olathe Ford Quicklane where Mike came out to greet me. He took such good care of me, as everybody at Quicklane does. Half an hour later, I was back on the road with the new door handle in place. I am a frequent customer at Olathe Quicklane. Everybody calls me by name. I feel very comfortable and well served every time I come in. I highly recommend the Olathe Ford Quicklane Center. Great group of people and super service. More

Service Calling up there and actually getting ahold of someone that can help you schedule what “type” of an apt was a challenge as I was transferred 4 differ Calling up there and actually getting ahold of someone that can help you schedule what “type” of an apt was a challenge as I was transferred 4 different times, it’s usually that way, but once you do reach someone and actually schedule, the rest is very easy and very painless. I have always found the techs are very good and informative and have a great grasp on what they are doing. I have bought several trucks from Olathe Ford, and the service folks have always been able to accommodate my needs. If I could suggest one thing, to cut out the phone shenanigans and transfers and then it would be perfect! More
