Needed a new battery When my car wouldn’t start I got a jump and drove to ford dealer. Needed a new battery. They said it would be ready by afternoon. Quick & Friendly Service There is a Ford dealership less than 2 miles that I have experienced several customer service issues with and decided to try going to Olathe Ford whic There is a Ford dealership less than 2 miles that I have experienced several customer service issues with and decided to try going to Olathe Ford which is quite a bit further from my home. Upon arrival i was greeted by the service writers, very friendly staff. Craig and Jonathan were wonderful to work with. Jonathan accommodated our work schedule allowing a loaner car while the service team determined the issue. Once my car was finished Jonathan called and reviewed what they found and repaired. It is refreshing to know there are still dealerships out there that understand what good customer service is. Even though this dealership is almost 10 miles away we will be going back for good. We are both in our 80's so that is a big help to us, and so convenient. Much more reasonable than other dealerships we have encountered. Feel they are a very honest dealership. More
