I have always feared going to the dealership for service as I know absolutely nothing about cars. Matt made me feel like he really cared about my car's problem. He was very friendly and came to give me updates in the waiting room while they were checking on my car. They even had muffins in the waiting room! I ended up having to leave my car overnight to have it fixed but Matt kept me informed by phone. I now always go to Olathe Ford to have my oil changes as well as major repairs. I have found I can depend on them to let me know what I need - I have finally found a place I can trust to take care of my vehicles needs. I no longer fear going to the repair shop!! More

But after a friend recommended Olathe Ford - Lincoln, I must relate that the sales experience was superb and after having my other vehicle serviced there for tires and other related services, I feel that this dealership deserves something in writing to support the way it treats its customers. I went to Olathe Ford as I made the rounds of Johnson County Ford Dealers. At the two other dealerships, I felt immediately pressured to commit to things I wasn't ready to do. I just wish they were located a little closer to Missouri so I could return for my routine maintenance. More
