Best Customer Service We took our 2011 Chevy Suburban to Olathe Ford yesterday morning to diagnose a problem we were having with the cruise control. Our Service Technician We took our 2011 Chevy Suburban to Olathe Ford yesterday morning to diagnose a problem we were having with the cruise control. Our Service Technician, Jonathan Pankrez, was amazing – he was honest and attentive to finding a solution to our car problem. Within an hour of dropping off our car, Jonathan called to let me know they identified the problem, provided me a price, and said he would see if he could get the necessary part. By noon, he had the part and the car was ready at 3:30. Runs like a champ! I’m already telling my family and friends to service their cars at Olathe Ford.
