It was the worst experience in buying a car due to a couple of issues we had after the purchased of the car. One issue is still unresolved right now. During the price negotiation, Sam mentioned that the one missing Toyota hubcap from the car was already on order so the cost for the hubcap was included in the price of the car. Unfortunately, the wrong style Toyota hubcap were ordered two times despite the fact that we sent the picture of the current hubcap for the car. And last week we received very thin plastic aftermarket hubcaps that are not even the right size for the tires. I contacted Sam regarding this but was ignored. Multiple calls and voice mails to the Used Car Sales Manager, Dale Boswell, to discuss the issues with the purchase were also ignored. We are very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the unprofessionalism in handling this purchase. More
