Over the phone, I confirmed with O'Donnell that the problem with the car I had bought from them was covered under an extension of the warranty, and that I would not be charged for the repair. Since my purchase I have not noticed any change in the high quality of customer service that I receive. They treat me as well as they did when I first walked in the showroom. I take friends along to my service appointment just so they can experience what a dealership should be. I am greeted at my car when I pull into the indoor service bay by a customer service rep with clipboard, they immediately right down my service needs, and offer me fresh coffee, donuts, fruit, and the morning paper. When my car is done it's back in the service bay where I left it and ready for me to drive. This dealership has earned the Honda Presidential Award and it is truly deserved. More
