Not pleased with this experience. April 2019 I arranged to have my non-working 2004 Accord taken to O'Donnell Honda requesting a full diagnostic to determine the problem(s). Received a April 2019 I arranged to have my non-working 2004 Accord taken to O'Donnell Honda requesting a full diagnostic to determine the problem(s). Received a call later the same day saying that my car was ready and it was the battery. While on the phone with the service rep the first time, I informed him that it may not be just the battery which is why I requested a full diagnostic to begin with, along with the fact that my husband was going out of town and I had emissions coming up. Keep in mind, the car is non- working. I go to pick up the car, was told that the only problem was the battery. The very next morning my husband goes to take the car through emissions before he heads out of town and the car would not even turn over. Weeks later when I can get back around to this, emissions has passed so I have to deal with that, I call O'Donnell to have the car towed there this time (they refused to assist with this even though they had the car there and did not do what was asked; the manager has yet to return my call), and I told them what I needed again, this time I suggested checking the starter. Turns out, it was the starter. Typically, I have very good experiences at O'Donnell. This time was not the case. Unsure at this point if I would continue to recommend this service center. Question - I am looking to find what would be a reasonable price or range for a starter in a 2004 Accord? Thanks in advance. More

Battery Warranty I installed my new battery from other Honda dealership and my battery is still under 100 month prorated warranty. as per Honda, I am getting 50% disco I installed my new battery from other Honda dealership and my battery is still under 100 month prorated warranty. as per Honda, I am getting 50% discount on new battery. Customer service agent did not applied 50% discount on my battery and he did change little extra and minus core price and made sum with 50%. They make bill that lost my 20 dollar and also charge me around 15-18 dollar for installation. I never heard that warranty charge for installation. Trying to get extra money and show like they give us discount. Did not satisfied with service. I also send message to call me their supervisor or manager but I did not get any call yet. They do not care about customer as long as they get money out of customer pocket. More
