Later when i paid amount and asked for 'envelope' from Cashier she said 'no'. twice i had asked and came the same answer.. i was surprised as the purpose is to put all 'receipts / records' in envelope and keep it safe for my own records. This could be trivial but the way Cashier reacted surprised , definitely not in usual mode.. More

So about her decision of what car should she buy ... take about a month of research with visits to Subaru Toyota and Honda dealers skipping Nissan because her last 4 Nissans in a row have problems Ping's hit list was better gas MPG 4 door 4wd /AWD a more efficient version of her 2003 XTerra able to carry kayaks Tandem bicycles and camping gear My first concern is being able to work on it myself and be able to fix it when it needs work 16 tears down the road when I am 80 ...... other than that being able to tow a trailer with a bass boat / use the hitch to carry bicycles We both agree on a tough little car with as few as possible electronic parts. sensors. computer related issues waiting to cause expensive problems eventually After going from dealer to dealer to dealer again and again we walk around the lot at O'Donnell for the first time A good man come outside on a hot day to ask Ping what she is looking for So she tells him a White CRV Ping tells Mr Mohammed about her search results at other dealerships and why she did not buy from them Mr Mohammed offers to have the white CRV delivered from Rockville to O'Donnell and ready for her by the next day and the price $100 less than the other dealers best offer Mohammed Kahn is an elder gent like myself and Ping we feel more comfortable to converse honestly with him He has Friendly Likeable Presence with all the right answers We show up the next day to pay for and pick up the CRV take about 2 hours to do the paperwork and out the door but while we doing this outside there is a tornado warning we are all bracing for the storm and watching the wall cloud pass just south of us So this was our first huddle at the dealership I was nervous that Hail or wind might damage Ping's brand new car before we even make it off the lot a near miss our good luck More

Worst used car purchase experience ever. Within 2 week the ac quit working and the check engine light came on. Called them when the problems occurred and was told by salesman to bring car to him and leave him keys. Brought to him and no one at dealership would accept the car and keys. They sent us to three different places before "Ken" told us they would not honor the 30 day warranty and to take car off premise. Place is a rip off joint. Don't buy here. They make everything about sleazy used car sales true. More
