Customer Service Horrible I pulled up in the service area thinking someone would come out to greet me and no one did. I went in and was approached by a service advisor who sai I pulled up in the service area thinking someone would come out to greet me and no one did. I went in and was approached by a service advisor who said, how can I help you. I told him my son asked me to drop his car off for brake work and the lights and asked that they call him. I had just dropped my son off at BWI for a flight and he was going to allow me to use his car for a trip the Martha's Vineyard but said it needed brake work. The advisor reeked of alcohol and said is that all he said. I said yes and he wants you to call him. He started asking me about the operation of the car, which I hadn't noticed anything wrong on the drive from BWI. I proceeded to call my son on my cellphone to talk to the advisor. When he got on the phone with my son, he said your Mom dropped off your car and all she said was brake service and lights and laughed. My son proceeded to tell him specifically what he wanted done. I said I would wait for the analysis and took a seat. He came back with the analysis and said it would be 2 1/2 hours. I said I would take an UBER home. He offered me the courtesy car and I went back into the waiting area. After about 10 minutes I came out. He said I had just missed the courtesy van. I told him that no one alerted me he was there. So I waited by the service advisor's desk for another 30 minutes for the driver, who was very abrupt. I asked how late the service area was open, he said 8:00. He did not tell me the courtesy car stops at 5:30. When I offered the driver my address, he refused and said just tell me where to go. When we got to Route 29 he said "which way" I said I don't know. I live near the Columbia Mall. He yelled at me, that all you needed to say. The driver I believe had a language barrier but was very abrupt and rude. I told him where to turn to get to my residence. I received a call from this same driver around 4:00 to come to pick me up. I said, no one called to say my car is ready and I am unable to come right now. I asked if I could be picked up at 5:00. A driver named Johnathan picked me up and he was very courteous. More
