Jerry did not want to hear it, ignored me and walked away. When I called him out on not responding he merely said I heard you and I am not commenting. When I asked for his name, he directed another employee to give me one of his business cards, then said "no, give him two"? It does not appear management may know how to deal with something that can be difficult, certainly not what I expected from what should be a leadership model in front of immediate direct employees. I am clear now why the cashier was unprofessional as they follow example. More
