The Mazda 3 was one of his top choices and Northtowne Mazda was where he told us to go. I dealt with Tom Hinkins and Steve Pheffer mostly and both were extremely helpful. I never felt pressured into purchasing the car that day and they were extremely forthcoming with information. I felt incredibly comfortable talking to them especially since I was buying my first car. After deciding to buy the Mazda, I was never put under any pressure to purchase anything extra. They made everything very easy and simple and they made me feel like family. I would recommend Northtowne Mazda to anyone looking to buy a new car because the dealers were incredibly helpful and courteous. I wasn't expected to do anything and I was never put under any pressure. I'm extremely happy with the decision I made and I think everyone should at least look at a Mazda when making their decision.
