My New Car Experience I don't normally write reviews, and I really hate dealing with car dealerships when I buy a new car, but I had to write about my excellent experience I don't normally write reviews, and I really hate dealing with car dealerships when I buy a new car, but I had to write about my excellent experience at North Hollywood Toyota and more specifically the salesman, Fred Yadkar. The whole process of the purchase was a breeze. Fred was very attentive and was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was a pleasure to work with and had a great attitude that made the process quick and painless. North Hollywood Toyota has a process when you purchase a car. Not only do you deal with the salesman, but you also get a delivery rep who walks you through all aspects of your car. He even paired my wife's phone with her new car. Never have I had such a great experience buying a car from all aspects. I highly recommend these guys for the ease of the purchase and the support of the people. More

Place is a Joke The have given me a "KBB Cash value" of 24K (already 5k under over offers)and told me they could do better after a followup phone call. I went down that night and they reduced my offer to 17K when my car is in great shape with BRAND NEW TIRES. they also made me wait 30 minutes to give me that slap in the face when no one was there looking to buy cars. They up sold us on every thing under the sun, and buried the details in the 6th page of the contract. I got $2,500 in extra charges like gap insurance reimbursed, but had to through Toyota Financial, and only got to have it removed from the end of contract, which will not affect monthly payment at all. I am never going to do business with this crooked and dishonest place ever again. Buyer beware BIG time. More
