There are so many avenues for purchasing a vehicle, don’t waste any time going to Northhollywood Toyota! I was lured in by an ad for a RAV4. Sam, the salesperson was so scattered, waiting on several clients at once. He told me he would throw in floor mats with me car, that disappeared in the end, and I ordered floor mats from Amazon! I will never set foot in that dealership ever again! It’s all about how to screw the customer! The owner of this establishment must be so greedy, and doesn’t treat his employees well. Buying a car is a huge emotional investment, salespeople need more empathy. If you get Sam as a salesperson, ask for someone else. Buy elsewhere!!!! More

I was very happy with Sedrick, that was the fastest time ever with Finance Dept.! He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything.
