Had ordered a key replacement 3 weeks before the service appointment ... the key wasn't there for the appointment . Took 30 mins of waiting for my SUV to be bought out from the back after service was comple appointment ... the key wasn't there for the appointment . They did the 3 month service as well as solve the problem with the Toyota connect. My suggestion to Toyota that if you sell a fleet car to change ownership asap so I don't have the problem I had.
