I buy a dozens of vehicles a year and have purchased over 500 new vehicles in the last 40 years. I’ve seen every game dealers play. This dealership continued to disappoint. North Hollywood Toyota does not ho 500 new vehicles in the last 40 years. I’ve seen every game dealers play. This dealership continued to disappoint. North Hollywood Toyota does not honor their on line price. They makes promises to make up for the price and blatantly lie. Even when it came to giving a full take of gas and shaking on it they refused after handing me the keys. When I asked why the tank was empty everyone ignored me including the general manager. The salesman gave zero attention and could care less that I was even there. Delivering the vehicle was an annoyance to him and basically tossed me the key and walked away.
