I had an incredible experience at Toyota in North Hollywood, thanks to Tim and George. Tim was amazing from start to finish! Knowing I was driving all the way from San Diego to pick up the car, he ma Hollywood, thanks to Tim and George. Tim was amazing from start to finish! Knowing I was driving all the way from San Diego to pick up the car, he made the entire process easy by guiding me remotely and ensuring everything was ready for my arrival. He was attentive and professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. George, the finance manager, was also fantastic. He walked me through all the paperwork and financing options with complete transparency, making sure I understood everything. Together, they made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Tim and working with George if you want top-tier service. Thank you both!
