The dealer didn’t know where the wheel lock key was located in my car, they ordered new wheel locks, cut the old ones off the car damaging one of the rims, later they found the original lock key under located in my car, they ordered new wheel locks, cut the old ones off the car damaging one of the rims, later they found the original lock key under the hood where it was placed by factory. Car was returned dirty a greasy hand prints all over the interior. More

I brought my car here to fix the tire pressure sensor light multiple times but they never fix it and yet they charge me for the labor, I got the car from them brand new in 2022, not even a year I had thi light multiple times but they never fix it and yet they charge me for the labor, I got the car from them brand new in 2022, not even a year I had this problem already. Now it’s been 2 yrs they haven’t fix it. The third time I went there for the same issue they told me that the tire pressure sensor is not communicating, they want me to come back another time. I went to Toyota Northridge instead and they helped me, they told me that who ever service my car ( North Hollywood toyota )messed up and broke the rim that’s why the tire pressure sensor is on. Northridge Toyota fixed it for me without charge. So thanks to them. More
