I had a very frustrating experience. I Called three times and my service advisor would not return my calls. On my last call I was transferred to the service director, he didn't return my I Called three times and my service advisor would not return my calls. On my last call I was transferred to the service director, he didn't return my call either. When I picked up my truck no one talked to me as to what was fixed and why. It was a very disappointing experience. I have bought four cars from Cowboy Toyota, and have never experienced such poor customer service. Hopefully my next visit will be a more pleasant experience. Every dealership I've ever visited offer things like a complimentary carwash or tipoff fluids , if you're there to get your car serviced.! When I asked about the car wash, instead of saying "we don't offe complimentary carwash or tipoff fluids , if you're there to get your car serviced.!
