Very disappointed. They put the wrong battery in my car and overcharged me 100.00. I was never able to speak with anyone and placed on hold multiples times for over 30 They put the wrong battery in my car and overcharged me 100.00. The wait times for service has got worse everytime I come in. I was there for almost 4.5 hours and my service should have taken 1.5 hours. You need more loaner cars. Edwin could not have been nicer. I found it odd that you would do a tire rotation without also including an alignment on my car. Also, my antenna was left in the front seat.
