We have ordered new coffee machines for the waiting lounge and will make sure that we have bottled water for our guests. I already tried that route. Bryan offered to do the work at no charge, which I accepted, but he was not interested in discussing the employee behavior and attitudes. Also, the service department determined they couldn't or wouldn't do the work (I'm unable to tell which because I was given conflicting information), and waited for me to show back up to tell me. This dealership is not the closest one to me, so they could have saved me a lot of time and frustration by just calling me.
