When arrived it took 5 min for someone to help when I sit down, no coffee no refreshing no anything was awful. It took them 25 to 30 minutes just for an oil change that they didn’t do first. Professional, patient,knowledgeable, friendly, personal in every way. It's very hard to fine superior sales representation in America now...BUT Luis breaks that mold! We found him available before AND after the sale!!! How nice is that! We so appreciate Luis and will certainly refer our family and friends to Norm Reeves! Hats off to all at Norm Reeves! More

Though I purchased a new Tundra from this location in October 2024, the sales manager under the new ownership made it clear to me that they didn't view me as their customer. Service was terrible, with the advisors acting as if the customers were more an obstacle than the point, poor facilities, with trash strewn about, and rude advisors. I purchased a $65,000.00 luxury vehicle and expect to be treated as such. BMW and Acura treat me much better, even though I'm bringing in much older cars, worth much less, that weren't even purchased from their location. I recommend finding any other dealer. I will not return for future purchases or service. More
Justin was able to assist me with my tire issue. I had taken in the vehicle a few weeks prior to Edwin Aguilar. We paid $200 to have the tire checked.
