Original salesmen was nice and professional. Finance totally misrepresented extended warranty. Service does not honor warranty and NEVER returns a phone call. Everytime I bring my vehicle in it’ Finance totally misrepresented extended warranty. Service does not honor warranty and NEVER returns a phone call. Everytime I bring my vehicle in it’s like pulling teeth to get work done. They tear up something on my car this last time a windshield and they refuse to fix. Elizabeth won’t return promised phone call and actually tried to blame the damage on me. Said they fixed my wheel still scratched. I paid over $1100 for recommended maintenance. Extended warranty was definitely a bate and switch. Honda should look into this dealership’s behavior, I have never had trouble like this in all the years I have been purchasing cars. Should have probably stuck with Toyota, they actually care about their customers. More
