I have never responded to one of these reviews before but I was really disappointed to have a 12:30 appointment and not have my car ready until closing time. I purchased this tire insurance when I bought the car new. When I bought the new car, Honda insisted that I get the insurance. Now, Honda itself cannot assist me. Can you check what I should do?
